To enhance the cooling performance and sound-shielding performance of an engine in a working vehicle mounted with a vertical engine.
In the working vehicle, the vertical type engine 8 is mounted and is covered with a hood 9. The engine 8 is placed and fixed to a placement plate 20 and a clearance between the periphery of the placement plate 20 and the hood 9 covering the engine 8 is sealed to make the placement plate 20 into a part of a cooling duct. An HST type continuously variable transmission 14 is arranged below the placement plate 20, a discharged air introduction port 20a is opened at the placement plate 20 above the HST type continuously variable transmission 14, and a shroud 43 is constituted on the discharged air introduction port 20a. The outer side of a cooling fan 42 fixed to an input shaft 14b of the HST type continuously variable transmission 14 is covered with the shroud 43.
