A cooling media accumulating structure of a vehicle air conditioning system 10 includes a heat pump circulation path 18 for circulating the cooling media via a compressor 16. A condenser unit 20 is arranged within the heat pump circulation path 18 and the condenser unit 20 includes a condenser 32, an air-liquid separation type cooling media accumulating part 34, and a subcooler 36. The air-liquid separation type cooling media accumulating part 34 is provided with a first inlet passage part 58 communicating with a heater 26 from an outlet side of the heater and for being inserted into an upper part of a tubular member, a second inlet passage part 62 communicating with the condenser 32 from an outlet side of the condenser and for being inserted from a lower part of the tubular member, and a first outlet passage part 64 communicating with the subcooler 36 from an inlet side of the subcooler and for being inserted from the lower part of the tubular member.
