Abstract:

To rationally solve a problem of icing in the heat exchange between a fluid and liquefied gas.

The cooling device 10 has a heat transmission pipe 26 in a lengthy body 20 and is constituted such that the heat exchange with LNG flowing in the heat transmission pipe 26 is carried out while water (fluid) is introduced from one end side of this body 20 to the inside. A bent flow passage is constituted by providing a plurality of baffle plates 24a-24c in the body 20. The baffle plates 24a-24c are set such that the gap is enlarged from one end side of the body 20 toward the other end side. The heat transmission pipe 26 has an inlet part at the one end side of the body 20 and is constituted from a snake pipe extending in a longitudinal direction of the body 20.
