Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a method and a device, capable of being operated with a simple device and having satisfactory controllability as well as strong cooling capability with respect to the flow of high-temperature solidified matter and compatible with high-pressure operation, in the cooling method and device for the high-temperature solid matter circulated at least partially in a fluidized bed reactor through an outflow conduit, after introducing the same from the fluidized bed reactor into a fluidized bed cooling are through a separator.

CONSTITUTION: A hot solid matter is controlled by a control means so as to be introduced from a separator 5 into a first fluidized bed 15, and thereafter, is introduced into either a second fluidized bet 24 or an outflow conduit 11. Then, the hot solid matter is guided upward in a third fluidized bed 33 to discharge the same at least partially through the outflow conduit 11, after being guided downward in the second fluidized bed 24. The second fluidized bed 24 and/or the third fluidized bed 33 are equipped with a cooling means, and a fluidized gas is discharged out of a gas collecting chamber 22.
