Abstract:
To provide a cooling method in micromachining for efficiently suppressing heat generation between a grinding wheel and a workpiece and effectively suppressing degradation of workpiece machining accuracy.
This cooling method in micromachining is a method for suppressing heat generation of a machining part A where the workpiece W and the grinding wheel G come in contact, by supplying a cooling medium to the machining part A. A mixed fluid of compressed air and a coolant is used as the cooling medium, and the mixed fluid is sprayed toward the machining part A.
