To provide a method capable of cooling a pouch so that contents do not remain in a spout and a carrying device for the pouch with the spout suitable for the method.
This carrying device for carrying the pouch 11 with the spout filled with the contents comprises a carrying means 7 capable of traveling along a specified carrying route, a supporting means 9 fitted to the carrying means rotatably about the pivot shaft thereof and capable of supporting the pouch in the state of the spout faced in the rotating direction about the pivot shaft 12, and a guide 13 to provide the tilt of the spout about the pivot shaft to the support means so that the spout can be positioned upward and the pouch can be tilted. The contents are cooled while maintaining the pouch in the diagonally tilted with the spout facing upward.
