To provide a cooling method of a radio wave transceiver capable of sufficiently exhibiting its function even under a condition that an outside air temperature is higher than that of a cooling refrigerant by aerodynamic heating or under a condition that the transceiver is excessively cooled in a low outside air temperature state.
This cooling method of the radio wave transceiver is mounted in a pod equipped on an outer wall surface of a high speed moving body, and has a heat exchanger having a heat exchange part formed in a part of a pod outer wall surface and contacting with outside air, a circulating pump for cooling the radio wave transceiver by circulating a medium cooled by the heat exchanger, and a closed medium circulating passage composed of at least the circulating pump and the heat exchanger. A heating part and/or a cooling part are arranged in the closed medium circulating passage, and properly heats or cools the medium.
