Abstract:
To obtain a cooling condition for optimizing the temperature of a steel plate even during cooling.SOLUTION: A section is divided into two cooling sections. A range of a first cooling target temperature T1 during cooling and a range of a second cooling target temperature T2 at the time of cooling completion are set. A first cooling condition including a first cooling pattern and a first transportation speed for achieving the range of the second cooling target temperature is calculated. A second cooling pattern is obtained by unselectively changing at least one cooling zone from the first cooling pattern. A second transportation speed to keep the steel temperature within the second cooling target temperature is obtained with respect to the second cooling pattern. A third transportation speed to keep the steel temperature within the range of the first cooling target temperature is obtained with respect to the obtained second cooling pattern. A final cooling condition is determined from the second cooling pattern and the third transportation speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
