To provide a cooling pack easy to handle by solving a problem wherein a cooling agent is melted by the temperature of the open air to be solidified in a lumpy state in a cooling pack formed so as to react water with the cooling agent to cause cooling action.

This cooling pack 10 comprises one outer bag 40, wherein a water bag 20 and at least two kinds of cooling agents 32 and 34 subjected to the endothermic reaction with water are hermetically sealed and housed, and is constituted so as to cause the endothermic reaction of the cooling agents 32 and 34 with water by tearing the water bag 20 to develop cooling action. The cooling agents 32 and 34 are housed in a water permeable cooling agent bag 30 in their isolated state housed in the above outer bag 40.
