In this cooling pack, a cooling agent 10 is stored in the storage bag 50 formed by thin film-like sheet-like members 51, 51 such that the cooling pack is cooled by an endothermic action generated by mixing the at least two kinds of substances 11, 12 constituting the cooling agent 10. The cooling pack includes a tacking part 55 which partitions the at least two kinds of substances 11, 12 to store the substances 11, 12, is peeled and looses a partition when having applied external force so as to mix the at least two kinds of substances 11, 12, and is a portion where the inner surfaces of the sheet-like members 51, 51 overlapped so as to form the storage bag 50 are tacked in a belt shape.
