Abstract:
PURPOSE: To protect a crank angle sensor by a cooling piping, to eliminates a need for a separate protection cover for the crank angle sensor, to prevent the increase of the number of parts, to simplify constitution, and to reduce a cost.
CONSTITUTION: A crank angle sensor 32 and an engine cooling water outlet cap 34 are disposed to the rear end portion of an engine 2. An engine cooling water outlet cap 34 and an engine cooling water flow pipe 36 are disposed in such a manner to surround the crank angle sensor 32 in the advancing direction of a vehicle, and an engine cooling water flow pipe 36 is extended between the crank angle sensor 32 and an exhaust manifold 30 attached to the engine 2.
