To prevent thermal influence to a refrigerating chamber and securely prevent dew condensation or frosting by providing a thermostat, in which the heat-absorbing side is arranged at the refrigerating chamber side and the radiation side is arranged at the outside of refrigerator, at the opening edge of a heat insulation box opened at the front side.
The front face opening of a heat insulation box is laterally partitioned by a partition body 4. In the partition body 4, a part between the ends of an external plate 4A positioned at the outside of a refrigerator, and an internal plate 4B positioned in the inside of the refrigerator is connected by a partition body breaker 22. These external and internal plates 4A, 4B and the partition body breaker 22 are covered with a heat insulation material 5. A thermomodule 6 formed of a thermoelectric cooling element is provided in the partition body 4, and a heat-absorbing radiator 7 made of an aluminum block material is provided in thermal conductive effect in the heat-absorbing side of the thermo module 6. And further, a heat radiator 8 made of an aluminum block member is also provided in thermal conductive effect at the radiation side.
