A cooling storage chamber R is constituted, such that a storage chamber 20 in a heat insulating box 18 opens frontally, and an opening 22 of the heat insulating box 18 is closed, free to open and close with doors 2, 3 filled with a heat insulating member therein; in the cooing storage chamber R, there are provided a cutout 33 formed in the outer surface member 4 of the doors 2, 3, a screw hole 34 formed in the outer surface member 4 at the upper and lower portions of the cutout 33, a handle base 32 engaged with the cutout 33 closing the cutout 33, and a handle body 51 opposing the handle base 32 and anchored to the outer surface member 4 with a screw inserted into the screw hole 51A; and the handle base 32 includes a lower flange 53 extending to the back side of the outer surface member 4 where the screw hole 34 is positioned, and on a mounting section 55 of the flange 53, there is formed a holding section 56 for holding a nut member 57, to which a screw is threaded between a nut member 57 and the outer surface member 4.
