Abstract:
To provide a cooling structure, in which a lamp 5 as a light source can be cooled efficiently and replacement of the lamp 5 is facilitated.
The cooling structure comprises a heat-receiving block 42 placed in close adherence to the back of the lamp 5, a heat sink 47 placed in the vicinity of the block 42, and a heat-pipe device 400 connecting the block 42 to the heat sink 27. In the heat-pipe device 400, a heat pipe is bent in a U-shape, and a coiled spring 44 is attached to the bent part. One end of the heat-pipe device 400 is connected to the heat-receiving block 42 and the other end is connected to the heat sink 47.
