To provide a cooling structure of a power transmission device reducing intrusion of foreign matter into a belt chamber, improving cooling efficiency, and reducing noise.
A scooter type vehicle provided with a V-belt type continuously variable transmission 106 transmitting power of a crankshaft 102 to a rear wheel 40, is provided with a belt chamber 105 storing the V-belt type continuously variable transmission 106. The belt chamber 105 comprises a belt case 103 and a belt chamber cover 104. A communication opening 115 is formed on the belt chamber cover 104 opposing to a drive pulley 107 of the transmission 106, and an air intake opening 119 is formed on an outer cover 61 covering the belt chamber cover 104 from an outside. The communication opening 115 of the belt chamber cover 104 and the air intake opening 119 of the outer cover 61 are arranged so as not to overlap with each other in a side view.
