Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve cooling efficiency by releasing effectively heat generated by a motive power part in a vehicular power unit composed of the motive power part and a motive power transmitting part.
CONSTITUTION: In a vehicular power unit which has a motive power part 2 to house a motive power generating means and a motive power transmitting part 3 to transmit motive power of the motive power generating means and in which the motive power part 2 is installed in the motive power transmitting part 3, a clearance 62 is formed between the motive power part 2 and the motive power transmitting part 3, and an air exhaust port 63 is arranged to release cooling air passing through this clearance 62.
