Title:
COOLING SYSTEM FOR WATER-COOLED INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE FOR VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3818007
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consider optimum arrangement in mounting a heat exchanger heating hydraulic oil for a transmission on a cooling water conduit of a cooling water system of an internal combustion engine.
SOLUTION: A cooling system of a water-cooled internal combustion engine 3 for a vehicle is provided with the engine 3, the first heat exchanger 11, a water pump 16, a bypass conduit 18, and the second heat exchanger 20. The exchanger 11 for warming the inside of the vehicle body is mounted on the cooling water conduit of the engine 3. The water pump 16 makes cooling water circulated through the exchanger 11 when the engine 3 is stopped. The exchanger 20 for heating the hydraulic oil for the transmission is installed on the bypass conduit 18 mounted in a manner such as to bypass the water pump 16.
