Abstract:

To provide a cooling tank for which a small-sized cooler can be used in place of a large-sized water tank, etc., and which has excellent cooling performance.

The cooling tank 1 is a tank storing cow's milk and transporting the milk in cooled state. Brine (antifreeze liquid) having a freezing point of <0°C is cooled with a cooler 34 and the cooled brine is flowed along a flow channel in fluid guiding members 14, 18 placed on the wall face of the tank body 10 while preventing the stagnation of the flow.
