Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling tower system capable of reducing blow water and make-up water, and simplifying control.SOLUTION: When an operation for circulating and supplying cold water from a cooling tower 1 to a heat exchanger 4 is continued, a water level in a pit 1d is gradually lowered, and electric conductivity is gradually increased. When the electric conductivity reaches an upper limit value C, a forcible make-up water valve 22 is opened, and make-up water in a make-up water tank 15 is supplied into the pit 1d through pipes 19, 20. When a water level in a blow water tank 8 reaches a prescribed upper limit value, an operation of a pump 10 is started by a signal from a water level sensor 9. Feed water from the pump 10 is passed through a clarifier 11, and RO-processed by an RO device 13 to discharge concentrate water to the outside of the system and to introduce permeable water to the make-up water tank 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
