Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved heat exchange device including an indirect heat exchange part and, in some cases, a direct heat exchange part, and capable of being applied as a closed circuit fluid cooler, a fluid heater, a condenser, an evaporator, an air cooler, or an air heater.SOLUTION: An indirect evaporation heat exchange part 5 and a direct evaporation heat exchange part 4 are disposed, and the indirect evaporation heat exchange part 5 is normally disposed substantially at an upper side of the direct evaporation heat exchange part 4, and the evaporated liquid is sent downward toward the indirect heat exchange part. The evaporated liquid from the indirect evaporation heat exchange part 5 passes while crossing the direct heat exchange part 4 downward. The evaporated liquid is collected in a storage tank 9A, and sent upward so that it is distributed while crossing the indirect heat exchange part 5 again. The indirect heat exchange part 5 is composed of a plate-type heat exchanger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
