The cooling unit 1 comprises a cooler 8, a fan 9 for the cooler for discharging cold air to the cooler 8 and discharging the cold air heat exchanged with the cooler 8 from an outlet 6A, and the drain pan 16 disposed below the cooler 8. A partition board 30 located above the drain pan 16 is attached at the lower end part of the cooler 8, and a through hole 31 is formed on the partition board 30 as a drained water passing part.
