To provide a cooling water circulating apparatus of an internal combustion engine for promoting the warming-up operation of an engine by utilizing an already existing electric water pump.
The cooling water circulating apparatus operates the electric water pump 13 for allowing a part of the cooling water of the engine 1 to flow into a heater 12 for air-conditioning in a backward direction when warming up the engine 1, where the cooling water becomes a specific temperature value or less, allows discharge flow from the electric water pump 13 to collide with the supply flow of the cooling water toward the heater 12 for air-conditioning by an engine drive type water pump 5, reduces the flow of the cooling water toward the heater 12 for air-conditioning from the engine 1, and preventing heat from escaping from the heater 12 for air-conditioning.
