To provide a cooling water supply and discharge structure of a cooling tower and a cooling water supply and discharge structure of a cooling tower group using it, improving replacement efficiency of cooling water in a water storing tank of the cooling tower to achieve saving of replenishment water in a simple structure, and eliminating the need of installing devices for measuring the electric conductivity and water level of the cooling water in each cooling tower to enable batch management.
This cooling water supply and discharge structure of the cooling tower includes: the cooling tower 2; the water storing tank 3 storing cooling water; a drain pipe 27 for discharging cooling water from the water storing tank 3; and a water supply pipe 8 for supplying replenishment water for cooling water from the upside of the water storing tank 3. The drain pipe 27 includes a rising part 28 and a fall part 29, wherein the end of the rising part 28 is provided with a drain port 32 disposed on the lower part of the water storing tank 3, and the end of the fall part 29 is provided with a drain port 33 disposed outside the water storing tank 3, and the rising part 28 and the fall part 29 are connected to each other at a position higher than the drain port 32 and lower than the side wall height of the water storing tank 3.
