Abstract:

To provide a cooling water supply system capable of promptly coping with the change of balance between water feed and water intake in the cooling water supply system repeatedly cooling the cooling water several times in series.

This cooling water supply system comprises cooling blocks 10-1, 10-2, 10-3 connected in a line from the upstream toward the downstream in the flow of the cooling water, a water intake pump 11 for taking the cooling water from the cooling block 10 at the upstream side and feeding the same to the cooling block 10 at the downstream side, a water feed pump 41 for feeding the cooling water from the cooling block 10-3 of the most downstream to a load, a supply flow sensor 92 for measuring the supply amount of the cooling water supplied to the load, and a control device 90 controlling the water intake amount by the water intake pump 11 according to the supply amount measured by the supply flow sensor 92.
