Abstract:

To keep a water level of a water tank included in each cooling device in a predetermined state, in a cooling water supply system including a plurality of cooling devices.

The cooling water supply system includes: cooling blocks 10-1, 10-2, and 10-3 that are connected from the upstream toward the downstream in a flow of a cooling water; an intake pump 11 that sends the cooling water from the cooling block 10 on the upstream side to the cooling block 10 on the downstream side; in lower water tanks 14-1, 14-2, and 14-3 that are disposed to the cooling blocks 10-1, 10-2, and 10-3, respectively, a communication pipe 16 for communicating between the lower water tanks on the upstream side and the downstream side; in the lower water tanks, a flow direction sensor 93 for detecting the flow direction of the cooling water in the communication pipe 16; and a control device 90 that controls the intake pump 11 so that the water levels in the lower water tanks 14-1, 14-2, and 14-3 are kept in the predetermined state, on the basis of the detected flow direction.
