To provide a temperature control device for accurately and easily controlling the temperature of cooling water while continuously operating a compressor even in the state that an inverter keeps the rotating speed of the compressor as predetermined.
The cooling water temperature control device comprises the compressor 10 with the inverter 18, a first heat exchanger 12, and a second heat exchanger 14 for heat exchange between cold medium and cooling water, wherein a four-way valve 24 is provided for changing over the cooling water between a cooling cycle circuit and a heating cycle circuit. A third heat exchanger 26 is provided between the four-way valve 24 and the first heat exchanger 12, where the cold medium discharged from the four-way valve 10 or the cold medium passing through the first heat exchanger 12 is supplied, and a proportional three-way valve 28 is provided for distributing the cooling water to be supplied directly to the second heat exchanger 14 and to be supplied to the third heat exchanger 26, separately. A control part 30 drives the proportional three-way valve 28 to control the amount of the cooling water to be distributed to the side of the third heat exchanger 26.
