Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a cooling water temperature control system for a vehicle capable of performing heat insulation by collecting cooling water of higher temperature from an engine to a heat insulating vessel after the engine is stopped.
SOLUTION: A cooling water temperature Tw after stopping an engine is detected by a water temperature sensor (step S3), from a temperature difference between this water temperature Tw and a water temperature Tw-1 detected in the preceding time (one time before), a temperature rise amount ΔTw is calculated (step S4), based on this temperature rise amount ΔTw, a cooling water temperature after stopping the engine is decided for whether leading or not to almost the highest temperature (step S5). Concretely, the temperature rise amount ΔTw is compared with a preset temperature rise amount ΔT, in the case of ΔTw>ΔT, a temperature rise is large still in rising of the water temperature, cooling water is not collected (step S9). On the other hand, in the case of ΔTw≤ΔT, the temperature rise amount is small, by obtaining about here almost the highest temperature, collecting cooling water is executed by operating an electric motor-driven pump (step S7).
