PURPOSE: To eliminate the reload of a sheet or the like and to attain an accurate operation by providing a coordinate input instruction means inputting an instruction from an electronic computer, a coordinate input state display means consisting of a liquid crystal part or the like and a coordinate output means editing data and transmitting it to the electronic computer.

CONSTITUTION: The coordinate input instruction means 1 consists of an input part 11 and a storage part 12, the coordinate input state display means 2 of an analysis part 21, a display data transfer part 22 and the liquid crystal part 23, a coordinate input means 3 of a coordinate instruction part 31 and a coordinate value read part 32, and the coordinate output means 4 of a judgement part 41 and an output part 42. Especially, the input part 11 inputs the instruction by a command from the electronic computer, the liquid crystal part 23 displays display data transferred from the display data transfer part 22, and the output part 42 edits judgement result data transmitted from the judgement part 41 and outputs it to the electronic computer.
