Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen a processing burden of an administrator coping with computer virus and reduce traffic of a system.
SOLUTION: The coping and supporting system comprises a database 102 coping with a computer virus memorizing information of a coping method, when detecting the computer virus; an address database 103 storing a plurality of registered mail addresses in response to a plurality of client computers 120; a transmission history database 101 storing a transmission history, in which information of the coping method reading out of the coping database 102 is transmitted to the address database 103; and a computer 100 with functions referring the transmission history database 101, when it receives a mail noticing discovery of a virus from the client computer 120 and deciding whether the information of the same coping method to the same virus in a designated time is transmitted to the same mail address and stopping mail transmission of the information of the coping method, when transmitting the information.
