The acrylic copolymer of a multilayer structure contains an inner rubbery polymer layer (b) obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising an alkyl methacrylate, an alkyl acrylate, an aromatic vinyl monomer, an unsaturated nitrile monomer and other copolymerizable monomers and a mixture comprising a crosslinking agent and a grafting agent, and a graft polymer layer (c) obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising an alkyl methacrylate, an alkyl acrylate, an aromatic vinyl monomer, an unsaturated nitrile monomer and other copolymerizable monomers, wherein at least one of the layer (b) and the layer (c) is made by polymerizing a mixture containing an unsaturated nitrile monomer.
