Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a copolymer latex for water-based masking being excellent in dimentional accuracy for a mask in etching, application properties for a maskant and remove properties for the mask and free from problems on environmental sanitation such as air apollution.
CONSTITUTION: A copolymer latex for water-based masking favorabloy used for chemical milling for a metal is obtained by emulsion polymerizating (a) 30-70wt.% aliphatic conjugated diene compound, (b) 20-70wt.% aromatic vinyl compound and (c) 0-10wt.% ehtylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid.
