Title:
Copper porous combined member
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6249060
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper porous sintered body capable of producing a copper porous sintered body having a small shrinkage ratio at the time of sintering to provide excellent dimensional accuracy and having sufficient strength.SOLUTION: A copper porous sintered body 10 is formed by sintering a plurality of copper fibers 11. The copper fibers 11 are made of copper or a copper alloy, have a diameter R in a range of not less than 0.02 mm and not more than 1.0 mm, and have a ratio L/R of the length L to the diameter R in a range of not less than 4 and not more than 2,500. In a joining part between the copper fibers, oxidation-reduction layers having a porous structure are integrally bonded to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
