PURPOSE: To make improvements in coherence and anticorrosion by coating a paint film, made up of adding a rosin skeleton content polymer in coating material making epoxy modified silicone resin a base material, on the inner surface of a copper tube at the specified thickness.
CONSTITUTION: This is a copper tube with an inner surface film covered with a paint film, made up of adding a rosin skeleton content polymer into coating material making epoxy modified silicone resin a base material, on an inner surface of the copper tube at a thickness of 5-400μm. Rosin skeleton content polymer composition is a mixture consisting of diterpene resin acid of abietic acid, neoabietic acid or the like, and an additive amount of this mixture is in a range of 0.5-10%, by way of example. In consequence, coherence can be sharply improved without entailing any damage to workability and executability.
