PURPOSE: To provide a copy cutting machine for a dental prosthesis capable of keeping trace pressure constant within a specified range to precisely reproduce a model of the reparative article to carry out dental crown restoration.
CONSTITUTION: This is a copy cutting machine for a dental prosthesis having a locking base 2 for a model to lock a model P of the dental prosthesis, a locking base 4 for an a material to be cut to lock a material B to be cut, a tool 12 for trace to trace the model P, a tool 3 for milling to mill the material B to be cut and a copying mechanism 8 to interlock the tool 12 for trace and the tool 3 for milling. Additionally it is furnished with a distortion detection means 9 installed on a tool shaft 11 for trace and a display means 10 to display distortion quantity detected by the distortion detection means 9.
