PURPOSE: To obtain copy paper excellent in electric insulating property, thermal conductivity and surface lubricating property, which prevents transfer failure during transfer, fixing failure during fixing, and wearing of a photoconductive body and can form excellent picture images by incorporating boron nitride fine particles of ≤10μm grain size into the paper.
CONSTITUTION: The center grain size of boron nitride fine particle to be used is ≤10μm, more preferably 0.01-0.1μm. The add amt. of the boron nitride fine particles to the paper material is <50wt.%, more preferably <30wt.%. As for additives except for boron nitride fine particles, various additives can be used, and they are a sizing agent such as natural rosin, maleic acid reinfored rosin, alkyl ketene dimer, etc., a paper reinforcing agent such as positive starch, formalin resin, polyethylene imine, etc., and fillers such as kaoline, talc, calcium carbonate, titanium oxide, barium sulfide, etc.
