PURPOSE: To enable the stabilized multiphase processing in the case of a long size material to be processed by comprising a material to be processed fixing means in a required periphery of a part, on which a model material placing table is not provided, of a material to be processed placing table, and comprising a model material fixing means in a required periphery of the model material placing table.

CONSTITUTION: A two dimentional table 12 consists of a material to be processed placing table 12a having a required long size in the bilateral directions of a device and a model material placing table 12b having a nearly same largeness of a half of the material to be processed placing table 12a and to be provided on any half in right and left of the material to be processed placing table 12a. A required space C is secured between the tables 12a, 12b to form a two-stage integral structure, and this structure has a material to be processed fixing means 13 for fixing a material W to be processed in a required periphery of a part, on which the model material placing table is not provided, of the material to be processed placing table 12a, and has a model material fixing means 14 for fixing a model material M in a required periphery of the model material placing table 12b.
