Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copy sheet for easily registering corresponding paper pieces even when respective paper pieces having been separated are mixed with paper pieces of another form.SOLUTION: A copy sheet has a base material 1 sectioned into four paper pieces, i.e., a first paper piece 1a, a second paper piece 1b, a third paper piece 1c, and a fourth paper piece 1d with perforations 2a, 2b for separation, and identification information 6 which is common to all the sectioned paper pieces and frames defining an entry field 3 or copy fields 7a-7c are printed by plateless printing. A developer layer 4 is formed on the entire surface where the identification information is printed over all the paper pieces, the fourth paper piece 1d serves as a lowest slip, and at least one of the other paper pieces except the fourth paper piece 1d has a developer layer 5 formed at a position which is a part of the paper piece and where the paper piece at least overlaps the entry field or copy fields 7a-7c when superposed.
