Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent biting of a stone and to improve durability by forming a side slippage preventive small projection projecting in the circumferential direction on an end part of a projected part of a crawler main body in the circumferential direction on an inclined surface where an inner peripheral side surface approaches an outer peripheral side surface side from a wheel passing surface with a small weight increase.
CONSTITUTION: Left and right projected parts 6L, 6R top surfaces of which are wheel passing surfaces 7 are formed on each of core bars 4 slipped in the opposite directions each other in the circumferential direction and point symmetrically. The left and right projected parts 6L, 6R are projected to end parts in the circumferential direction, and side slippage preventive small projections 8 head ends of which are overlapped with each other with the adjacent core bars are provided. The side slippage preventive small projections 8 are formed tapered, an inner peripheral side surface 8A is made into an inclined surface from the wheel passing surface 7, one side surface 8B in the cross direction is made roughly into the same surface as the side surface of the projected parts, and the other side surface 8C is made into an inclined surface to approach the one side surface 8B. Additionally, an outer peripheral side surface 8D is made into a circular arc surface or an inclined surface to approach the wheel passing surface 7 from the projected part root part side. Consequently, the inclined other side surfaces 8C against the core bars 4 make contact with each other and slippage is regulated.
