PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily boundle hair by oneself without being influenced by hair quality by forming an elastic cylindrical body by a synthetic resin foamed material provided with thickness and strength capable of facilitating the sticking and detachment of a U-shaped pin for fixing the hair and fixing the hair by the sticking and capable of being cut by scissors or the like.
SOLUTION: The elastic cylindrical body 2 is formed by the synthetic resin foamed material provided with the thickness and the strength for facilitating the sticking and detachment of the U-shaped pin and a slit 4 is formed when it is needed. Then, the hair bundle coming out from the upper end of this core base 1 for the bundled hair is wound around the outer peripheral side of the core base 1 for the bundled hair and fastened by the U-shaped pin, the other hair 26 is gathered, the upper end position of the core base 1 for the bundled hair is tied by the rubber cord 21 or the like and the shape of a style is adjusted.
