Title:
CORE DRILL FOR IMPROVEMENT AND REINFORCEMENT WORK FOR RAILROAD GROUND, SLOPE AND RETAINING WALL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017193933
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and weight-reduced core drill for excavation, which can be utilized even in a small space during improvement and reinforcement work for railroad ground, a slope or a retaining wall, which can also be used for detailed work, and which has a low noise level.SOLUTION: Dimensions of an ultrahard sintered metal chip for being installed at the tip of a core drill are reduced to avoid a conventionally-executed fracture of gravel in soil, and its upper part assumes an arch shape. This enables miniaturization and weight reduction, and enables a marked reduction in noise generation during execution of work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
