Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a core which can enhance the thrust of a vibrator arranged in a gap between opposite electromagnets, which reduces the noise from a pump and by which an electromagnetic part can be totally enclosed.
SOLUTION: This core 16 is composed of an outer circumferential yoke part 18, side pole parts 19 which are arranged in both end parts of the outer circumferential yoke part 18, and a center pole part 20 which is arranged between the side pole parts 19. The magnetic path of a pole in the center pole part 20 is formed as a closed circuit. In addition, the outer circumferential yoke part of the core is formed flat, board-like so as to be totally enclosed, and it is formed of a three-dimensional structures (using four pieces).
