Abstract:
To provide a core material for a hinge in such a manner that it has higher strength and that it dispenses with formation of a thread groove.SOLUTION: A core material for a hinge comprises a male part A1 and a female part A2. In the male part A1, a male-side interference part 10 is provided on the side of one end, and an insertion part 20 is provided on the side of the other end. In the female part A2, a female-side interference part 30 is provided on the side of one end, and an insertion hole 49 capable of being connected by inserting the insertion part 20 is provided on the side of the other end. The insertion part 20 is provided with a serration part 22 capable of being press-fitted into an insertion hole 40. Thus, the male part A1 is press-fitted into the female part A2 so that both of them can be firmly connected together.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
