Title:
CORE FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC SENSITIVE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3255724
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent scratching or pressure fog even when dust deposits on a core or a winding surface of the core used for photographic sensitive material on which a photographic film or photographic paper is wound.
CONSTITUTION: An outer cylinder 1 and an inner cylinder 4 are formed in one body with an annular plate 2 and libs 3 inside of the outer cylinder 1. The surface of the outer cylinder 1 (winding surface) has a rugged part 5 where almost hemisphere projections are formed in the longitudinal and transverse directions with specified interval. The max. roughness of the rugged part 5 is about ≤40μm and the center line roughness is about 0.1-10μm. The inside of the outer cylinder 1 in the resin injection side has an undercut projection (not shown in the figure) to fix the core for a photographic sensitive material when a movable core is detached.
