The core tube is temporarily packed under oxygen free water stored in an excavation hole, and is moved to a cutting and dividing sealing tank 201. The oxygen free water is stored in advance in the cutting and dividing sealing tank 201, and a core treating tube 205 is arranged under an oxygen free water surface 204 of the cutting and dividing sealing tank 201. The core tube is sunk under the oxygen free water surface of the cutting and dividing sealing tank, and a core B is taken out in the core treating tube 205 from the core tube. An oxygen free space 206 is also formed by supplying inert gas in the core treating tube 205. The core B is pulled up in the oxygen free space 206 from under the oxygen free water surface 204 in the core treating tube 205, and the core B is cut and divided by a diamond blade 212, and a cut and divided core C is generated and is stored in a gas impermeable bag 214. The cut and divided core C stored in the gas impermeable bag 214 is stored in a three-dimensional pressurizing-preserving cell.
