Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the cooling effect and to enhance the intensity of core by forming an air passage on providing a spacer, on which a linear projection is formed from a position at a short distance from the tooth end to the backside of tooth by a pressing work, between the core blocks. CONSTITUTION:A linear projection 12 is provided by a pressing work from a position at a distance of several millimeters from the tip end of the slotted tooth 8 of the end plate 4, the shape of which is approximately the same as that of core, to the backside of tooth to form a spacer 5. The spacer is placed between the core blocks 2 to form an air passage 6 in the radial direction. In this way, the heat conductivity of the end plate can be increased to improve the cooling effect since the linear projection is formed on the end plate in a body, the core can be firmly tightened since the stiffness of projection is greater. Moreover, an effect of the magnetic flux can be reduced since the projection is retreated from the tip of tooth.
