Abstract:
To provide a core sand shakeout device that can suppress cracking of a coarse material starting from a point where a bottom corner of the coarse material and the coarse material receiver come into contact with each other when striking the coarse material of a cast product with a striking device.SOLUTION: A core sand shakeout device has a coarse material receiver positioned below a coarse material of a cast product filled with a sand core to support the coarse material and a striking device that strikes the coarse material supported by the coarse material receiver from above to collapse the sand core, the coarse material receiver has a top surface that contacts the inside of the bottom corner of the coarse material and does not contact the corner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
