Title:
CORE WIRE WINDING DEVICE FOR TRANSMISSION BELT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3803898
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core wire winding device for transmission belts, capable of spirally winding a core wire on a canvas externally fitted on a mold, at equal intervals.
SOLUTION: A guide shaft 3 is arranged so as to be parallel to the axis of a mold 1, and a normal winding roller 4 having plural grooves arranged at equal intervals, is externally, and rotatably fitted onto the guide shaft 3. Further, the normal winding roller 4 is adapted to be able to move along the guide shaft 3. In a state where the core wire already wound on a canvas H is fitted in the peripheral grooves on the rear part side in the direction of movement of the normal winding roller 4, the normal winding roller 4 is moved along the guide shaft 3. Thus, the core wire L is wound on the canvas H while it is positioned by the peripheral groove constituting wall on the front part side in the direction of movement of the moving normal winding roller 4.
