This core yarn supply device 2 in the core yarn manufacturing device supplies the core yarn D unreeled from a package 21 in a traverse state to a draft device. A core yarn guide 24 for introducing the core yarn D to the draft device is arranged between the package 21 and the draft device. This core yarn guide 24 has a guide hole 24a for guiding the core yarn D and guide hole positioning means 2b and 2c for positioning a position of the guide hole 24a in a position corresponding to the traverse center in the package 21.
