To provide a coreless coil of an annealed iron wire for binding which is inexpensive and free from getting twined or entangled.
A peripheral wall is formed by winding a corrugated fiberboard outer peripheral plate 3 around the outer periphery of the coreless coil A to prevent a terminal of the annealed iron wire from distorting, and a binding steel band 1 is wound around the exterior of the corrugated fiberboard outer peripheral plate 3 for binding. In addition, a lifting tool F is added to the upper surface of the coreless coil A, and the tool F is fastened together by the band 1 for fixing. The coreless coil A is formed by taking up the extended iron wire on a tapered barrel bobbin 2 opening upward. Before removing the bobbin 2, it is wound with an unannealed binding steel band 13 for fixing. Then while a shaped state is kept by the band 13, annealing is performed in an annealing furnace 12. After taking out, the unannealed band 13 is removed. Further the corrugated fiberboard outer peripheral plate 3 is wound to fasten the binding steel band 1 from over the outer peripheral plate 3.
