Title:
CORIOLIS MASS FLOWMETER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2993294
Kind Code:
B
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To embody a Coriolis mass flowmeter in which influence of imbalance of fixing end conditions between the upstream side and the downstream side of a measuring pipe on the fluctuation of zero point is allayed while blocking transmission of vibration from the measuring pipe to a conduit.
CONSTITUTION: The Coriolis mass flowmeter comprises a fluid measuring pipe 11, two vibration assisting rods 12 arranged in parallel on the opposite sides of the measuring pipe 11, a first vibrator supporting part 13 secured with one ends of the measuring pipe 11 and the vibration assisting rod 12, a second vibrator supporting part 14 secured with the other ends of the measuring pipe 11 and the vibration assisting rod 12, and rotary bearings 15 provided at the nodes of vibration on the first and second vibrator supporting parts 13, 14. The Coriolis mass flowmeter further comprises a supporting shaft 16 inserted into the bearings 15 while crossing perpendicularly to a plane defined by the vibration assisting rod 12 and the first and second vibrator supporting parts 13, 14 with at least one end being coupled with a conduit, a shaking rod 17 for coupling the central parts of the measuring pipe 11 and the vibration assisting rod 12 through a vibrator 18 and being shaked axially by the vibrator 18, and a vibration sensors 19 interposed between the shaking rod 17 and the vibrator supporting parts 13, 14 on the measuring pipe 11.
